Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (or preferred cut)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Steakhouse Seasoning Rub
- 1 tbsp Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
Instructions
1. Season the Steaks:
Rub steaks with Steakhouse Seasoning Rub and salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Steaks:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks to your preferred doneness, then set aside.
3. Make Garlic Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Deglaze with beef broth, then add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens.
4. Serve:
Top the steaks with the rich garlic cream sauce. Enjoy!
