Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Classic Chicken Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Classic Chicken Seasoning and 1 tablespoon of Garlic Parmesan Seasoning.
- Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden, 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and scrape skillet.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, remaining Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, and basil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat in sauce, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve with extra basil and black pepper. Enjoy!
