Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 3 tsp Roasted Vegetable Seasoning
  • 2 bagels, halved
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Make Spinach-Artichoke Mixture:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, Everything Bagel Seasoning, and Roasted Vegetable Seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  • Assemble Bagels:
    Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over the cut sides of each bagel half. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella over the top.
  • Bake:
    Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish & Serve:
