Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 3 tsp Roasted Vegetable Seasoning
- 2 bagels, halved
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). -
Make Spinach-Artichoke Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, Everything Bagel Seasoning, and Roasted Vegetable Seasoning. Mix until well combined. -
Assemble Bagels:
Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over the cut sides of each bagel half. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella over the top. -
Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes. Enjoy these cheesy, savory bagels packed with everything bagel and roasted veggie goodness!
