Ingredients
For the Pasta:
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 3 tbsp Peri Peri Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Zesty Italian Seasoning
- 4 tbsp Smokey Barbecue Rub & Seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. -
Cook Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, seasoning it with Peri Peri Seasoning, Zesty Italian Seasoning, and Smokey Barbecue Rub & Seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and golden. Remove from skillet and set aside. -
Sauté Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, and yellow bell pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until softened and fragrant. -
Make Creamy Sauce:
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce becomes thick and creamy. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. -
Combine Chicken & Pasta:
Return cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing everything in the creamy sauce until well coated. -
Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley and serve hot.
