Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork chops, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp Pork Chop Rub & Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Southern Fried Coating Mix
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil spray
Optional Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Season Pork:
Toss pork chop bites with Pork Chop Rub & Seasoning until evenly coated. -
Set Up Coating Stations:
Place Southern Fried Coating Mix in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese in a third bowl. -
Bread Pork Bites:
Dip each pork piece first in the Southern Fried Coating Mix, then in beaten egg, and finally in the panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to coat. -
Air Fry:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange breaded pork bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with olive oil, and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. -
Prepare Dipping Sauce (Optional):
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
Serve:
