Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Roasted Vegetable Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Roasted Potato Seasoning
- 1 tsp Smoky Bacon Seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Season Potatoes and Bacon:
In a large bowl, toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, Roasted Potato Seasoning, Roasted Vegetable Seasoning, and Smoky Bacon Seasoning. Spread potatoes and chopped bacon evenly on the prepared baking sheet. -
Roast Potatoes and Bacon:
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking. -
Add Green Beans:
After 20 minutes, add green beans to the baking sheet, stirring to combine. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are golden and tender and green beans are cooked through.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm as a delicious, seasoned side dish!
