Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Roasted Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp Roasted Potato Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Smoky Bacon Seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season Potatoes and Bacon:
    In a large bowl, toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, Roasted Potato Seasoning, Roasted Vegetable Seasoning, and Smoky Bacon Seasoning. Spread potatoes and chopped bacon evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Roast Potatoes and Bacon:
    Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Add Green Beans:
    After 20 minutes, add green beans to the baking sheet, stirring to combine. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are golden and tender and green beans are cooked through.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm as a delicious, seasoned side dish!
