Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
- 6 tbsp Classic Chicken Rub & Seasoning
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp garlic, finely minced
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions

Heat Oil:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. -
Season & Sear Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with Classic Chicken Rub & Seasoning, All-Purpose Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in the skillet for about 5 minutes on the first side without moving. -
Flip & Finish Cooking:
Flip chicken and cook for another 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest. -
Deglaze & Make Sauce:
Deglaze the skillet with white wine or chicken broth, letting it bubble for a few seconds. Add butter and stir until melted. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. -
Combine & Serve:
Return chicken to the skillet, tossing in the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.
