Ingredients
For the Pork Chops:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
- 4 tbsp Pork Chop Rub & Seasoning
For the Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes:
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp Roasted Potatoes Seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. -
Prepare Pork Chops:
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, and Pork Chop Rub & Seasoning. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Press this mixture onto both sides of each pork chop. -
Cook Pork Chops:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to the prepared baking dish. -
Make Cheese Sauce for Potatoes:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese, and season with Roasted Potatoes Seasoning. -
Assemble and Bake Potatoes:
Arrange sliced potatoes in an even layer in the baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over the potatoes, covering them evenly. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and golden. -
Serve:
Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
