Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Classic Meat Rub & Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Roast Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Chili Seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade and Meat:
    In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Classic Meat Rub & Seasoning, Roast Vegetable Seasoning, and Lime Chili Seasoning. Add steak cubes and shrimp, tossing to coat. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Preheat Grill:
    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Assemble Kabobs:
    Thread steak, shrimp, bell peppers, zucchini, and onion alternately onto skewers.
  4. Grill Kabobs:
    Grill kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side or until steak reaches desired doneness and shrimp is opaque.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
