Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Classic Meat Rub & Seasoning
- 2 tsp Roast Vegetable Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Lime Chili Seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Prepare Marinade and Meat:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Classic Meat Rub & Seasoning, Roast Vegetable Seasoning, and Lime Chili Seasoning. Add steak cubes and shrimp, tossing to coat. Marinate for 15-20 minutes. -
Preheat Grill:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. -
Assemble Kabobs:
Thread steak, shrimp, bell peppers, zucchini, and onion alternately onto skewers. -
Grill Kabobs:
Grill kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side or until steak reaches desired doneness and shrimp is opaque. -
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
