Protein Black Pepper Beef with Peppers Over Steamed Rice

Products Used In This Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced

  • 4 tbsp Meat Protein Rub

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cups steamed white rice (add turmeric for a yellow hue)

  • 2 tsp garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook Rice: Prepare rice and set aside. Add turmeric for color if desired.

  2. Sear Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Toss beef with Meat Protein Rub and cook 3-4 min until browned. Remove from pan.

  3. Stir-Fry Veggies: In the same pan, sauté garlic & ginger for 30 sec, then add bell peppers. Stir-fry 3 min until slightly tender.

  4. Combine & Season: Return beef to pan, add soy sauce & oyster sauce, and stir-fry 2 min to blend flavors. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss.

  5. Serve & Garnish: Plate over steamed rice, top with green onions, and enjoy!
