- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Truffle Salt Seasoning
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pasta:
Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, Truffle Salt Seasoning, and Lemon Pepper Seasoning until evenly coated.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then slowly add Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and the sauce thickens. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
5. Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Reduce heat to low. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy sauce until fully coated. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the Shrimp:
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and gently toss with the pasta and sauce.
7. Garnish and Serve:
Top with freshly chopped parsley and a final sprinkle of Lemon Pepper Seasoning for added brightness. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra citrusy touch.
