Ingredients
For the Pasta:

- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta

- Salt (for pasta water)
For the Chicken:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), sliced into strips

- 1 tablespoon Classic Chicken Seasoning

- 1 tablespoon Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
For the Vegetables & Sauce:
-
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), chopped

- 4 cups fresh spinach
-
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
-
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
- 1 tablespoon Zesty Italian Seasoning
-
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with Classic Chicken Seasoning and Garlic Parmesan Seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Sauté Vegetables:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, cook until wilted.
4. Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat, add cream and Zesty Italian Seasoning. Stir in Parmesan until creamy. Add cooked chicken back, adjust thickness with pasta water if needed.
5. Toss Pasta:
Add pasta to skillet, toss to coat. Adjust seasoning as needed.
6. Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and extra Parmesan.
