Ingredients
- 1 package cheese tortellini (16 oz)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil Blend
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
- 8 oz cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Steak Rub & Seasoning
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Prepare Tortellini:
Cook tortellini as per package directions, drain, and set aside. -
Sauté Vegetables:
In a large skillet, heat Olive Oil Blend over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sautéing until soft. -
Season and Add Steak:
Season the sliced steak with Steak Rub & Seasoning, then add it to the skillet and cook until heated through. -
Create Creamy Sauce:
Pour in heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese and Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, stirring until smooth and creamy. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste. -
Combine & Serve:
Toss the cooked tortellini in the skillet until fully coated with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
