Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 8 oz fresh spinach (or baby spinach)
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes (optional)
- 3 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
For the Dressing:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 1 tsp Lime Chili Seasoning
- 1 tbsp tahini (optional, for creaminess)
Instructions

Prepare Spinach:
Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds until wilted, then drain and rinse under cold water. Squeeze out excess water and roughly chop. -
Make Dressing:
Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, Lime Chili Seasoning, and tahini (if using) until smooth. -
Combine Salad:
In a large bowl, mix spinach, cucumber, shredded carrots, and radishes. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently. -
Serve:
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning and green onion. Chill for 15-20 minutes if desired.
