Ingredients
For the Lobster:
- 2 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mango Habanero Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
For the Scallops:
- 1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
For the Lobster:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of each lobster tail shell. Gently pull the lobster meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
2. Make Mango Habanero Lemon Butter:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, Mango Habanero Seasoning, and Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster tails.
3. Broil the Lobster:
Preheat the broiler. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with more butter halfway through. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
For the Scallops:
4. Sear the Scallops:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the scallops with Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning, Lemon Pepper Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
5. Make Garlic Butter for Scallops:
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then coat the scallops in the garlic butter.
Serve:
Plate the Mango Habanero lobster tails and Lemon Pepper scallops together. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges for extra zest.
