Mediterranean Surf & Turf Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

For the Steak:

  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Steakhouse Seasoning Rub

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Classic Pasta Seasoning

For the Pasta:

  • 1 pound penne pasta

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Season the Steak:
Rub steak with olive oil and Steakhouse Seasoning Rub. Sauté or grill until cooked to desired doneness. Set aside.

3. Season the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp with olive oil and Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning. Sauté until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a skillet, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan, and Classic Pasta Seasoning. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.

5. Combine Everything:
Add cooked steak and shrimp to the Alfredo sauce, stirring to coat. Toss in the cooked pasta.

6. Serve:
Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
