Ingredients:

4 fish fillets (cod, sea bass, or snapper)

2 tbsp Fish Protein Rub

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup black olives, sliced

¼ cup capers, drained

1 lemon, thinly sliced

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

1 small red onion, sliced

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).

Season Fish: Rub fillets with Fish Protein Rub on both sides.

Assemble Dish: Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish, spread garlic, and place fish fillets. Top with cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, red onion, and lemon slices. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.

Bake: Drizzle more olive oil, bake uncovered for 15-20 min until fish is opaque and flakes easily.

Serve & Garnish: Top with fresh parsley, basil, and dill. Serve with rice, salad, or crusty bread.
