Protein Turmeric Chicken for Weight Watchers

Products Used In This Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 5 tbsp Chicken Protein Rub

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Marinate Chicken: Mix Greek yogurt & Chicken Protein Rub. Coat chicken in marinade and let sit 30 min (or overnight for deeper flavor).

  3. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2-3 min per side until golden brown.

  4. Bake: Transfer to a baking dish and bake 20-25 min until the internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).

  5. Serve & Garnish: Plate and top with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
