1 cup plain Greek yogurt

5 tbsp Chicken Protein Rub

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).

Marinate Chicken: Mix Greek yogurt & Chicken Protein Rub. Coat chicken in marinade and let sit 30 min (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2-3 min per side until golden brown.

Bake: Transfer to a baking dish and bake 20-25 min until the internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
