Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon (skin removed, finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Smoked Salmon Rub & Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Salmon Patties:
    In a large bowl, combine chopped salmon, Smoked Salmon Rub & Seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Cook the Patties:
    Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely charred.
  3. Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, and lemon juice. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble:
    Serve the salmon patties on buns or lettuce wraps, topped with a generous dollop of Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Enjoy!
