Ingredients
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Classic Meat Rub & Seasoning (used generously for the beef)
- 1 teaspoon Zesty Italian Seasoning (for added flavor to the sauce)
- 1 teaspoon Peri Peri Seasoning (for a spicy kick)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Fresh green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the Noodles:
Boil the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the Beef:
Generously rub the thinly sliced beef with Classic Meat Rub & Seasoning. Set aside to marinate for a few minutes.
3. Stir-Fry the Beef:
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
4. Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, Zesty Italian Seasoning, and Peri Peri Seasoning. Stir well and pour over the vegetables. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
6. Combine Everything:
Add the cooked beef and noodles back to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat with the sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss again.
7. Serve:
